לאו אמר ר"מ מעשר ממון גבוה הוא ואפילו הכי לענין פדייה אוקמיה רחמנא ברשותיה דכתיב (ויקרא כז, לא) ואם גאל יגאל איש ממעשרו חמשיתו יוסף עליו
